Program Basics Acknowledgment *

This is a chaperone-based program — every minor must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult chaperone for the full duration of the program.

The program is designed for participants aged 10–18 at the time of travel.

The organizers do not provide supervision — each chaperone is fully responsible for the minor(s) in their care at all times.

The program includes curated tech site visits, guided cultural activities, and group meals as outlined in the itinerary.

International Travel Readiness *

All participants (adults and minors) must hold a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity beyond the return date (valid through at least January 26, 2027).

It is the participant's responsibility to obtain any required visa or travel authorization for entry into China.

All participants must have comprehensive travel insurance, including medical coverage and emergency medical evacuation, for the duration of the trip. This is the responsibility of each participant to arrange prior to departure.

International airfare to and from Beijing is NOT included in the program fee. Participants are responsible for booking their own flights.

Pricing and Payment Acknowledgment *

I understand the program fee covers hotel accommodation, all group meals, in-city transport, curated tech visits, and program coordination. International airfare, travel insurance, and visa costs are not included.

A $500 deposit per person is required to confirm participation. The deposit is refundable within 7 days of payment, minus any transaction fees.

The remaining balance is due by June 1, 2026. Failure to pay by that date may result in forfeiture of the spot.

No payment is collected through this form. Pricing and payment details will be provided in the participation agreement if accepted.

Schedule and Changes Acknowledgment *

I understand the itinerary is carefully planned but not guaranteed. Specific site visits and activities may change due to availability, logistics, or circumstances beyond the organizers' control.

If a scheduled visit changes, the organizers will substitute an experience of equal or greater value. Itinerary changes do not affect pricing.

Cancellation Policy Acknowledgment *

The $500 deposit per person is refundable within 7 days of payment, minus transaction fees.

Cancellations made before June 20, 2026 will receive a 50% refund on amounts paid beyond the deposit.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after June 20, 2026.
