How many people are in your travel party? Each minor must be accompanied by at least one adult chaperone (parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult).

Shared application privacy notice

If you proceed with one application containing multiple Chaperone Groups, everyone included consents to every verified adult chaperone on the application accessing and updating sensitive information for every traveler, including passport numbers, dates of birth, health information, and visa details. Submit one shared application only when all members mutually trust every listed chaperone to handle this information.
