What does the 20-person minimum mean?
The lead organization commits to and pays for at least 20 travelers, including participating parents or chaperones. If fewer than 20 ultimately travel, the 20-person minimum still applies. Final headcount is confirmed two weeks before departure.
Which dates should we avoid?
Private programs generally do not run during China’s busiest public-holiday periods: Spring Festival / Chinese New Year (usually January or February), Qingming Festival (early April), Labor Day (early May), Dragon Boat Festival (usually May or June), Mid-Autumn Festival (usually September or October), and National Day Golden Week (around October 1–7). Exact dates move each year, and all requests remain subject to availability.
What can our group choose?
We set the technology themes, visits, and daily sequence based on current access, age fit, and learning value. Your group can choose eligible dates and discuss available accommodation, rooming, meal, accessibility, and practical logistics options.
What is normally included?
The starting format covers four Beijing hotel nights, three full program days, curated visits, in-city program transport, selected group meals, and on-the-ground support. International flights, visas, and travel insurance are normally excluded. Your proposal lists the exact inclusions and exclusions.
Will a private group receive a discount?
We provide a group quote based on paid headcount, dates, accommodation, and logistics. Any per-person savings depend on the final arrangements; submit the intake and we will price your group.
What ages and chaperone arrangements work?
The core program is designed for ages 10–18. Every minor must travel with a parent, guardian, or authorized adult chaperone, with up to three minors per adult. If your group has a wider age range, include it in the request and we will assess the fit.
When are payment and cancellation terms set?
The lead organization contracts for the group. Deposit, payment schedule, cancellation terms, and other commercial arrangements are confirmed in the proposal and agreement.
