The Wednesday-to-Saturday program is scheduled immediately after India’s November festive period. Families arrive on November 11 for the welcome dinner and China-tech briefing, complete the three program days on November 12–14, and check out on November 15.

Price and visa timing
The Early Bird rate is USD $1,999 per person through September 10; the Standard rate is USD $2,599. The price includes four hotel nights, program meals, ground transport, curated visits and bilingual guides. International flights, visas, travel insurance and two free-evening dinners are not included.
Family members who require a China visa pay nothing until approval. For visa paperwork, book refundable accommodation with free cancellation while the group hotel booking is being finalized. Read the China Visa Guide before applying.
