Price and visa timing
The Early Bird rate is US$1,999 per person through October 30; the Standard rate is US$2,599. Four hotel nights, program meals, Day 1 airport pickup and program-day group transport (no airport drop-off), curated visits and bilingual guides are included. International flights, visas, travel insurance and two free-evening dinners are not. Full payment is due November 10, which is also the participant cancellation deadline (50% refund on amounts paid beyond any deposit before then; no refunds after).
Family members who require a China visa pay nothing until approval. Book refundable accommodation with free cancellation for visa paperwork while the group hotel booking is being finalized. Read the China Visa Guide.
