Run by the team behind Tech Buzz China. ## Key facts - Program: 4 nights, 3 full visit days — Day 0 evening welcome dinner + briefing on China's tech landscape, then three full days of curated company and site visits (robotics & humanoids, autonomous driving, smart manufacturing, consumer tech). 4 hotel nights included; Day 1 and Day 2 dinners are free evenings. - 2026 cohorts (Beijing): Nov 11–14 · Dec 2–5 · Dec 9–12 · Dec 27–30. Each is timed to school breaks and major holidays (India festive season, Singapore/ Malaysia year-end holidays, Australian summer break, Christmas week). - Pricing: USD $1,999 Early Bird / $2,599 Standard, per participant, same for adults and kids. Early Bird ends Sept 10, 2026 (November cohort) / Oct 10, 2026 (December cohorts). Full payment due Sept 30 (Nov) / Oct 30 (Dec). Cancellation deadline Oct 10 (Nov) / Nov 10 (Dec); 50% refund before the deadline on amounts beyond any deposit. Late applications/payments may be accepted subject to availability. Participants who need a China visa (e.g., most Indian passport holders) pay NOTHING until their visa is approved — apply before the Early Bird deadline to lock the rate, get the visa, then pay in full. Tourist (L) visa applications open ~3 months out: from Aug 11 (Nov cohort) / Sept 2, 9, 27 (Dec cohorts). - Ages 10–18, each minor accompanied by a parent/guardian/authorized chaperone (one adult may chaperone up to three minors). Post-trip survey: parents rated the trek 9/10 on average (8 parent responses, scale of 10).
